Shipping Information & Charges
- We take utmost care in delivering your selected products to your doorstep. Our products are shipped via reliable courier services or airmail to the address specified during checkout. Our current shipping rates are as follows:
- West Malaysia - RM5 flat rate, free when you spend RM100 or more
- East Malaysia - RM20 for first 2kg, RM10 per additional kg
- Singapore - RM30 for 1st Kg, RM10 per additional Kg.
International Shipping
For our international customers, please be aware of potential customs charges, import duties, rates, and tariffs which may be imposed in your country. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please consult your local customs office for more information. As an international purchaser, you are considered an importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of your home country. We will list all contents as required by international shipping requirements. Delivery times for international orders can vary, but please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your package to arrive.
Shipping Policy
All orders undergo a processing period before being accepted and dispatched. In the unlikely event that your order is rejected, rest assured that a full refund will be initiated within 5 business days. Please note that we do not accept orders:
• With P.O. Box addresses; • That may be considered as wholesale (contact us directly for wholesale purchases); • Suspected to be fraudulent; • Non-compliant with our terms and conditions of sales.
Damage and Returns
We strive to ensure all our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we ask that you do not sign acceptance of the delivery. Instead, please note the damage on the delivery order and contact us immediately. We promise to arrange for a new replacement at no additional cost to you.
Our Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We're here to help make it right. We will gladly refund or accept returns under the following circumstances:
• The product did not arrive • The product arrived damaged • The wrong product was delivered • The product has expired
For all other reasons, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We urge you to inspect your products carefully upon delivery to ensure they are correct and in good physical packaging condition before accepting the delivery.
Website Errors
While we strive for accuracy in all our content, there may be instances where product descriptions are incorrectly advertised on our website. In such cases, we will take prompt steps to correct the discrepancies and notify you of the error. You will then have the option to either cancel or continue with your order. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by such errors and assure you that we are continually working to prevent such mistakes.
Exchange Policy
We prioritise your skin's health and satisfaction. If a product causes an allergic reaction and remains unused, you may request an exchange. However, please note that in these instances, customers will need to bear the full cost of shipping.
